As a yoga teacher and trauma therapist, my intention is to create safe spaces and support participants in the way of slowing down, relating to what they feel, and growing empowered in their journey of wellbeing by becoming nervous system literate and fostering a felt-sense of safety.

Hatha Yoga

An opportunity to slow things down, ground, celebrate your breath, feel your strength, and relate to your body with loving-kindness.

The sequence emphasizes right-breathing, alignment and intentional rest. And, it always includes a generous savasana

Rest assured that the practice is rich but simple and suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.

This series of classes is all about taking your time and being curious as you come back home to the body, breath, and inner stability.

The exercises and explorations come from my own daily routine and they’re grounded in a therapeutic framework.

Hatha Yoga but with a bit of Zikr and heart-centering meditation.

Like everything else I offer, it’s simple and approachable.
