Come back home to the body, breath & inner stability
Wednesdays at 3PM
These 4 sessions are designed and priced as a series. You are welcome to attend individual sessions if spaces remain.
I Matter | Feb 25
This class will teach you to down-regulate your nervous system and foster inner-stability with the simple practice of grounding.
As we look to bring attention back to the body, mass can be our starting point.
It’s how we can access an felt experience of safety and counteract the effects of anger, fear, stress, anxiety and other forms of “activation.”
The Breath as My Metronome | March 4
A metronome is a tool that helps musicians stay in tempo. Similarly, our breath can help us get back in sync with ourselves, find our natural rhythm in a fast-paced world, and reclaim our agency when we get stuck in reactivity.
This class will help you reconnect with your breath with appreciation, and to restore equanimity and a sense of sovereignty with simple tools.
Mobility | March 11
“Mobility is not just about movement—it's about reclaiming freedom, dignity, and the joy of everyday life.”
This class involves a twist, psoas release, and sacrum mobility exercises from my daily routine. And, we’ll take our time exploring them so you feel confident enough to practice them on your own, at home.
Intentional Rest | March 18
Rest is not a privilege you earn but a right, and a cornerstone of wellbeing.
This class will begin with a short review of the practices we previously explored followed by Yoga Nidra.
‘Nidra’ means sleep and the practice of Yoga Nidra is a rotation of consciousness through the body that offers profound mental and physical relaxation.
Why should the body be a cage when it can be a glorious home?
