Attuning in Nature
Saint Katherine’s, Sinai
May 1-5, 2024
Slow down, ground & learn to cultivate safety in your relationship with yourself
This 5-day experience in the wilderness of Saint Katherine’s valleys is designed for naturalists with an intention to turn inwardly and take more accoutability for their journey of wellbeing.
It entails slowing down, grounding and plenty of invitations to check-in and be curious about yourself as we gently hike through the valleys and camp in stunning gardens at the heart of Sinai’s serenity.
The approachable somatic practices, conversations and insight on offer are designed to help you attune to your body, train your awareness of sensations and emotions, and expand your capacity to contain both joy and tribulation with growing compassion.
The core theme of the work is cultivating safety in your connection with yourself; This can be defined as growing your willingness to meet what’s uncomfortable, honor pain and tend to wounds with a more open heart and unconditional love.
It gives way to confidence, trust and intimacy in one’s relationship with self and, most significantly, it paves the way for honoring the aspects and versions of yourself that didn’t have their needs met.
Each day will include a long and gentle hike with pauses to connect with and reflect on our inner experiences and natural surroundings, alike. We’ll camp in private gardens in the valley with toilets (western and/or baladi) and running water for showering.
A mat and warm covers will be provided to for those who wish to sleep under the stars and you can certainly bring a sleeping bag if you like. A few shared rooms are also available in case of unexpected weather or if you prefer to sleep indoors.
In all cases, an unforgettable exeperience that promises to inspire and empower you awaits. The only requirement is that you be a flexible, nature-loving individual that’s willing to join an experience that is not rigidly plan but will unfold organically.

About Me
I’m a human being in awe of the beauty, grace, and intelligence of the natural world, a student of various wisdom traditions, and a yoga teacher of more than 10 years.
For over a decade, my mission has been to heal my body and mind, and grow my capacity to hold space with presence and compassion. I’m currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing facilitator and Trager practitioner.
As a teacher, I look to inspire others who seek to be more present, gentle, and grateful for their existence, and empower them with the tools and insight that have served me on my path.
Get yourself grounded and you can navigate even the stormiest roads in peace.
