Grounding & Feeling-Into Safety

A two-day workshop for grounding, feeling more deeply & cultivating safety

This workshop includes guided practices, invitations to connect with yourself, conversations, activities, and other explorations to help you ground, relate to your feelings and cultivate a felt-sense of safety.

The primary goals of this workshop are to give you a direct experience of grounding and feeling safe in your body and to empower you with practical tools and insight so you can continue this life-changing work on your own.

As with all my offerings, it’s designed to be approachable and is, therefore, suitable for anyone seeking to come home to themselves with compassionate awareness and looking to take responsibility for their journey of healing and wellbeing. If you’re a highly sensitive human being, tend to feel anxious, avoid your feelings, have a hard time relating to your body or find yourself struggling with grief, heartbreak or a difficult transition, I want you to know that the program is particularly suited to you.

What you’ll experience and learn over the 2 full days will help you develop deeper connection, intimacy and safety in your relationship with yourself and help you better understand and navigate the challenges that arise when your nervous system encounters stress, fear, and other activations.

The first day will take place in the studio while the second will begin at my place and then include an outdoor component (at the Gezira Club) to incorporate nature into our work and give you a sense of how the tools and insight that will be shared can be applied to real-life situations.

The workshop is limited to 12 participants and a more detailed schedule will be available a week before the workshop. Please register below to learn how you can reserve your spot and/or to be informed when more details are available.

About Me

I’m a human being in awe of the beauty, grace, and intelligence of the natural world, a student of various wisdom traditions, and a yoga teacher of more than 10 years.

For over a decade, my mission has been to heal my body and mind, and grow my capacity to hold space with presence and compassion. I’m currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing facilitator and Trager practitioner.

As a teacher, I look to inspire others who seek to be more present, gentle, and grateful for their existence, and empower them with the tools and insight that have served me on my path.

Get yourself grounded and you can navigate even the stormiest roads in peace.
